The name Grayscale Concept is a reflection of our design philosophy. Grayscale refers to a range of shades between black and white, and it represents the idea of balance and harmony. How long does a typical project take?
The timeline depends on the project scope and the city’s permitting process. For example, a typical ADU project in Garden Grove, CA may take 1.5 to 3 months for permit issuance, while in Midway City, CA, it can take 4–5 months due to longer city review times.
